Secure Roofing Restorations completed a tile roof refurbishment for me recently. Darren was prompt with his follow up to my enquiry and got the job done for a fair price. He even threw in a couple of extras free of charge. Unlike a lot of roof restorers, Darren offered a practical solution for my needs instead of just going for the most expensive option. I highly recommend this business.

Darren responded quickly to my request for an assessment of a leak from my roof in my single storey tiled home. He located a few cracked tiles, replaced them and was able to provide additional tips for maintaining my roof to avoid future moisture build up.Really appreciate the quick assessment and loved the quick fix.Would definitely recommend for any roof repairs and will definitely use again if the need arises.

Darran & Amy did a absolutely fantastic roof repair, we had been trying for over 2 years to get a roofing company to come and have a look at our unit but nobody returned our calls. One day travelling to Rosebud we were following a tradie that said roofing contractor beauty I took the number and rang when we arrived he actually responded straight away and said he didn't do tiles but gave us Darren & Amy numberWe were at unit week before Xmas and I texted to see if they could come after Xmas or the new year, Darren replied straight away and came 2 days later right on Xmas I couldn't believe our good luck. Darren assessed the job sent us a quote, and we now have a great looking tiled roof and hopefully no more leaks, we've had rain since job finished and no signs of leaks.We would highly recommend Darren & Amy you wouldn't even know they had been on the property everything spotlessly clean and tidy and our roof looks a million dollarsIt just goes to show there is still tradies that want to do small jobs

Darren and Amy did a fabulous job repairing and refurbishing my roof and I couldn’t be happier. The afternoon of the huge rains early January, and despite being flat out, Darren found time to check out my damaged roof and immediately did some quick and effective repairs. I got a quote that evening for the refurb work, and in a few days, my roof was like a new one. I can’t recommend Darren more highly. I called Darren for a quote as my ceiling was leaking! He came out the next day and gave me a quote, on the following Monday he was here to all ridge capping then repointed all ridge caps. We had a roofer come around and partially look at the roof before recommending an expensive roof restoration.Darren on the other hand did a proper assessment, told us that is not required and there were some simple repairs and cleanup required that would make it watertight and give longevity.Darren is honest, open and trustworthy. Unfortunately my experience is not completely smooth but all of Darren’s action have been great.I had Secure Roofing paint my Colourbond roof 5 years ago and the experience was flawless but regrettably the paint began to fade excessively. The job came with a 12 year guarantee so I called Darren with some trepidation but his response was first class. I actually think he was more stressed than myself.He inspected the roof within 24hrs and with the paint supplier acknowledged the issue with the paint. 2 weeks later my roof was cleaned and completely repainted.I have no reservation in recommending Secure Roofing Restorations work.

Very impressed with Secure Roofing on our roof restoration. The response to get a quote was prompt and informative. They were on time and completed the job in a couple of days. They removed three skylights and sourced a large amount of our hard to find roof tiles. Any mess caused by cleaning and painting the roof was removed. Darren has been great to work with. From the moment I made contact he has provided genuine and professional advice and responded quickly to my various questions. The job was completed within a fortnight of my accepting the quote.Really pleased with the roof restoration – removed old mortar, moss growth, changed cracked tiles, re-bedded, re-sealed, re-pointed and cleaned out the gutters. Darren also blocked a small hole where birds were getting into the roof space. At the completion of the job, all rubbish was removed.Highly recommend his services.

The roof I have was installed in 1975 and has had no attention since.I weighed up the option of replacing the cement tiled roof or repair because there was no mortar attached to the tiles / chipped tiles and gaps from possums and wind dammageDarren gave me full confidence that it was a repair job and what a job he did! Darren just finished my roof and he did an incredible job (cleaned gutters, removed old mortar, cleaned roof, resealed, recapped and brand new colour)!! From when we first met, he discussed what he could do as well as his insurances (not prompted, which I love) and we booked in a date. Throughout the process (and look, weather does play a part) we communicated via text message and was easy to chat with. Not only did he clean up after cleaning gutters, he also sprayed extra tiles for future use. Absolute pleasure to talk too and a very amicable and easy going gentleman. If you are looking to get your roof done, I cannot say enough about support Darren. A real Aussie battler doing it for himself!! Will be using annually to get our gutters cleaned! Thanks Darren!!!
